This is a one of a kind well-equipped and spacious Studio apt on the 4th floor (building has 5 floors) with a large balcony.The stylish unit sleeps 3, and is in a top notch resort-like building that has every amenity you can think of at your disposal.

To top it all off the apartment is in central Al Barsha and very close to Mall of the Emirates, Mall of the Emirates metro station, Dubai Miracle Garden, Marina, and more.

The space

Bathrooms: 1 full bathroom

Sofa Bed: All bedding (sheet, duvet, and pillow) provided. Can place on couch if you plan to use it as a bed.

Main Bed: You can use the bed’s remote control to fold it up against the wall. Once done, you can place the big black couch cushions onto the L couch. Folding the bed up against the wall creates a typical living room space.

Unit Amenities General Cont’d: This unit is very well equipped. Goal is to make your stay as convenient as possible by providing essentials like bath products, bottled water (initial supply), coffee (initial supply), tea (initial supply), and more. There are also some unique offerings like a washer/dryer, and much more. You can see the unit amenities in detail in the amenities section.

Building Amenities General: This building has every amenity you can think of (i.e. pool, jacuzzi, squash court, spa, gym, play place, barbecue area, game/event room, etc.). You and your fellow apartment mate(s) will have access to all of them, since you will be provided with two access cards upon checking in. Please see the amenities section of the listing for details.

Chauffeur Service: If you have chauffeur needs of any kind please let us know at least a day in advance so we can arrange for you. We manage everything for you, however, the payment will be your responsibility.

Free Parking On-Premise: You will have a free parking spot at your disposal (B 107 – basement level). One of the two access cards you’ll get will have a B + P on it. This access card gives you building access + access to parking from outside (Block 1 entrance). You’ll need to wave your card in front of the scanner to be let in. You’ll exit the same way but from Block 3. You can access parking from within the building by going to the basement level.

Guest access

Guests can use all the building amenities which are on the ground floor. They will need to use one of the access cards (one card will have a B + P on it and one will just have B on it. The one with a B on it is only for building access while the one with a B + P on it is for both building and parking access), which are provided upon checking in to access the amenities.

Tourism fee for long term stays: Tourism fee (AED 10 a night) is only charged for the first 30 nights. Initially you’ll pay AED 10 for all the nights but we’ll reimburse the tourism fee taken for all additional nights (over 30). Airbnb’s system is unable to take the fee for the first 30 nights of a stay at the moment which is why we have to do it like this.
